Hi! My name is Joani and as you know within the past few months a resident of our community named John helped raise funds to help a woman named Ann make her home livable again. I was in complete awe of how giving, sweet and dedicated he was to someone he didn't really know. A neighbor who basically kept to herself. However, he took the time to meet people to collect food, money and other supplies. Meet up with contractors and solve a lot of problems along the way. All the issues John dealt with to get Ann what she needed was above and beyond what most people would do and he is to be applauded and admired. Even with his health issues and being out of work John still helped Ann and many others. Now, John needs our help. Let's give back to John as I can't think of a person more worthy of it than him. The world should have more John's in it. I pray that you all can find it in your hearts to help show him that his good deeds did not go unnoticed and that sometimes the gift can be for the giver too.
