Johnathan Lemuel Pettigrew

On January 4, 2024 eight days before Johnathan's birthday and release date, Johnathan was maliciously murder by a fellow inmate. Our mother and family were not ready or prepared for this emotionally, mentally, or financially. On January 12, 2024 Johnathan would've been 27 years young. Johnathan loved God & his family amongst many friends & colleagues. Johnathan was a singer, musician, and could turn any situation or anyone's mood and/or day with his luminous smile. Johnathan's heart was big and pure and anyone that he came in contact with could do nothing, but love him because of his loving spirit.

As a family we are looking for answers. We suspect Wrongful death. We have already begun the process of filling a lawsuit. Our focus now is to lay Johnathan to rest. This is where we need your help. Unfortunately, we did not have life insurance on Johnathan. He deserves a proper memorial service. Johnathan was loved by so many. We are asking that all that will share this.
