Hello my name is Brittany Opperman (32)and I'm married to Johnathan Opperman (33)

This "journey" started in March of 2021 when he caught covid the first time. 3 weeks later him and I elected to get the Johnson's vaccine and about 3 weeks later is when things started to go downhill. Fatigue, joint pain, recurring fevers are among just a few of the side effects that were soon to follow. Exactly a year and a half later in September of 22 he caught it again and all the side effects he was experiencing amplified even more. After x-rays chest CT tests and lung function tests were left with the probability of necrotizing pneumonia that is literally eating his lungs from the inside out.

In finding this out, they've determined he has to be admitted into Morgantown for an extended stay and will not be at work. We very rarely seek outside individuals for help or assistance but in light of utility bills, medical bills, transportation for visitation back and forth and just generally staying afloat, we're reaching out to see who can help.

Without this treatment in Morgantown, the necrosis will just continue to eat away until he eventually goes into respiratory failure. These kids need their father, they need him home and they need him healthy as much as he needs them. Also, his loving and caring wife who's been by a side the whole time.

Any amount considered will be greatly appreciated.

Thank you
