In Memory of John A. Buchak

It is with a very heavy heart that I bring sad news to our family and friends, my dad John Buchak  passed away on Monday, November 30, 2015. It was quite sudden and so unexpected. For those who have known John, it is going to be a shock. He did not have any obvious health problems. We presume he had a heart attack in his sleep sometime after Sunday midnight. With the Grace of a Higher Power, he did not feel pain.

His 71st birthday would have been on New Year's Eve. Way too young to leave this earth. He was the patriarch and glue that held our family together and we are all going to miss him so much. He was so proud of his accomplishment of becoming a published author. We loved watching him get excited at receiving confirmation that a new book was on Amazon. His passion for what he had done with his life makes us smile. I love you Daddy. Please watch over Mom, Courtney, (our pets) Mandy, Bella, Nami, Humphrey  and I, as well as the rest of our family.

Services will be Monday, Dec. 14, 2015 at Oakwood Cemetery in Chatsworth. For more info, please contact me. 

Any and all donations for his funeral arrangements are greatly appreciated, as this was truly unexpected.
