John Cobb Memorial Fund

On July 29, 2024 this earth lost one of the most caring and humble men I had the pleasure of knowing, Mr. John Cobb. Mr. Cobb passed that day surrounded by his family and friends. Mr. Cobb would have been 91 years old this August!
Mr. Cobb was a man that loved Jesus. He was an active member of Clear Creek Baptist Church. His faith in God is what guided him. He wholeheartedly helped anyone he could.
During his life he served in the United States Navy. He was active during the Korean War. Afterwards he fell in love and married Mary Louise Treadaway. Together they had three children; John, Teresa, and Tasha.
When the family started to arrange Mr. Cobb's funeral, they were hit with the unimaginable realization at just how expensive it is. Even I had no clue. If you have never had to plan a funeral all I can say is be prepared. Unfortunately, the family was not prepared for this financial crisis.
We are asking for help. The family is nowhere financially able to send Mr. Cobb off as per his wishes. If you feel it in your heart to donate any amount possible I know it would mean the world to the family. The family is at loss without their beloved Dad, Grandfather and Great-Grandfather. The last thing that they need in this difficult time is the worry about how to pay for Mr. Cobb's burial.
We are praying that God will lay it on your heart to give whatever you can in memory of Mr. Cobb.
"And God will generously provide all you need. Then you will always have everything you need and plenty left over to share with others" 2 Corinthians 9:8-15
