Medical Expenses/Treatment For John

My cousin John is a devoted husband and father and things are getting a little tough.  John has recently found out that he has lymphoma and needs a tremendous outpour of help.  Doctors visits have already taken a toll on the family.  He needs help with scans, tests, and treatments that already have costs approximately $800.  He will have upcoming chemo treatments and additional tests/screenings of which portions may not be covered by insurance.   There are several household expenses that need to be taken care of while he is away from work to assist his wife and children.   His doctor says that his treatments will be at least 5 months. Please provide any assistance that you can.  No donation is too small!
