The John Moore Family Fund

Hello. This is Kelly Moore, the wife of John and mother of 2.5 year old Liam. John was diagnosed with stage IV metastatic colon cancer this past summer. He has valiantly been fighting this beast, but unfortunately the chemos he has been taking are not working, and the alternative/holistic treatments are not working. We are not giving up hope and will soon start a new medication to try and hault the growth of the tumors, but John is still in a lot of pain and has other health complications due to the location of these tumors. This is making it very difficult for him to work, and being self-employed, it is very hard to qualify for different programs. I will be going back to work as a classroom teacher in the new school year (August), but until then we are trying to make ends meet. We have a new deductible and out-of-pocket expenses, as well as our regular living expenses. We are also trying to balance the desire of John to make memories and have fun with our family while still being responsible with our money. We have been selling our personal items to make money, and we are still selling the "No One Fights Alone" t-shirts. We would appreciate ANY donation you are able to make. No donation is too small.
