Johnny needs help.. Emergency.plz

I'm Johnny's mom..we need help to get Johnnys medical.......bills.....and down payment on truck ...he can't work till released.he will have no transportation.Hes in a lot of pain..any help plz..we need to get him back to work..He was very lucky to be alive after this accident.Truck flipped..God was on his side..
