Johnny's Ill-Timed Stumble which resulted in a Broken Hip

Hi, my name is Michele and Johnny is my brother. His fall (which resulted in a broken hip) in Germany has had a lot more impact than he thinks. Travel expenses (airfare, train pass, prepaid hotels), lost income for a month (nearly every day in June), and medical expenses have all added up. He spent 4 days in a German hospital, with x-rays, doctors, and meds for those days, he has to pay out of pocket. Here in the US the Doctor states that he has a long road to recovery. The broken hip is one of those that must be watched. Return trip to Doctor for follow-up visit and re-evaluation. Johnny says it is very painful.
