Johnson Panthers Football - DC

Coach Mike Sharieff and the wonderful educators at John Hayden Johnson Middle School (located in SE, DC) are doing an extraordinary job of making a difference in the lives of children considered to be living in one of lesser afluent areas in the nation's capitol.  The school offers several advance academic and athlete programs for our children to excel and avoid the influence of street life which is so prevalent in the neighborhoods right outside of their doors. The excellence taught and demanded by Coach Mike and his staff in Johnson's football program is an example of many of the activities offered to keep our young black boys (and some girls) engaged. Coach Mike's motto is God, Family, and Football!

The eight time DCIAA Football Champions are ranked as the #1 football team in the country.  We are excited about the upcoming season.  Our players have been preparing and training hard.  We are ready to claim championship # 9! 

In order to achieve this goal, WE NEED YOU! 

All of your donations will go directly to the Johnson Middle School Athletic Booster Club to support our athletes with equipment, travel, food, and lodging expenses for away games during this upcoming season! We appreciate every donation and all of the community's love and support!
