Johnson-Schenk Alpaca Farm & Rescue

We report with heavy hearts that our farm/rescue for non traditional animals since 2019 suffered a serious fire. Our barn was a total loss along with our vehicles, tractor, supplies and feed/hay. 14 out of our 18 alpacas and 1 goat perished in the fire. We are so devastated by this. Just loss for words.

We are completely overwhelmed by the outpouring of love and support and many of our family, friends and followers have generously offered to help. Since we have started our rescue, it has always been supported by our own funds. It's hard for us to even think about accepting monetary assistance but given many of u continue to ask how you can help, we decided to start this page. By donating to this cause, you are helping

the animals' humans continue to provide through this tough loss. The funds will go for feed, hay, supplies and vet care.
