All parents want the best for their children. But when you get a call in the middle of the night that your daughter has quit breathing because of a drug overdose, it takes your breath away.

I am writing a book about the heart-wrenching story of a daughter battling over thirty years of alcohol and drug abuse. I believe this story needs to be told to help those living with addiction and the ones hooked on some form of addiction. That there is always hope, even though it may take decades. This is the story of a family, watching a continual train wreck and trying to stop it with a feather.
