Alicia's Fight - Please Help Amazing Mom of 3

UPDATE 1/1/24: We wanted to give everyone an update in the New Year. Tomorrow, Alicia will be getting fitted for her Radiation Mask - and we anticipate she'll begin her 6-week intensive Radiation/Chemotherapy treatments in the next week. The Drs have told us she'll be next-level exhausted during this time, so please understand if it's taking her a little longer than normal to respond to your texts and calls.

This six-week treatment will not be the end of her fight, it is just the beginning - and she can still use as much love and support as she can get.

On Thanksgiving Eve Alicia was prepping for the holiday when she suffered a grand mal seizure. She was rushed to the hospital where they found a large mass on her brain. Within 48 hours she had emergency brain surgery to remove as much as they safely could. She has since been diagnosed with a Diffuse Glioma, which is an incurable brain cancer. In the next week she'll be meeting with her Neuro Oncology team to discuss treatment options. While an exact path is TBD, we've been told it will include chemo, radiation and a more invasive brain surgery.

She has a very difficult road ahead, and we want money/bills to be the one thing she doesn't have to worry about. Our goal is to raise the funds she is going to need for treatment, travel for the best care we can possibly get her, and to ensure that her environment is always safe and peaceful.

She is a wonderful mother and an amazing friend - and we are braced to fight with her, and for her. She is an angel on earth - and right now, she needs all of the love and support she can get.
