Join Angie in Her Struggles from Lyme Disease

Hi. My name is Angie McCabe and I fight an illness called Chronic Lyme Disease every minute of every day. Lyme Disease affects every single part of the body. Physical, Emotional and Mental.

Lyme Disease has disabled me. I can no longer work outside of my home and now I cannot physically work from inside my home either.

I also recently discovered that more than half of the many Specialist doctors I see are no longer accepting MEDICAID.

If they don't accept MEDICAID then I will not be able to see these physicians. I definitely can't afford a copay.

I am unable to pay the property taxes on my home. Last year I sold my car to pay these taxes and I don't have anything else to sell in order to pay the taxes for 2024.

Unfortunately during 2023 I also ended up having to agree with a mediation agreement for divorce that is not fair to me. My water bill is $100 a month bc I have a leak in my home. I cannot afford to pay a plumber.

There is also a leak in my attic that has caused the growth of mold. This mold is responsible for causing me to have Mold Sickness along with the Lyme Disease I've been dealing with for 25 years is terrible.

I need to make much needed repairs in my home for my health and I need help.

I need help paying some of my medical debts, past, present and upcoming expenses.

I don't know what else to do other than hope and pray that my family, friends and even strangers to me will see my dilemmas and reach out to help me within your own financial constraints.

I feel so bad asking because I'm a giver. Always have been.

UPDATE:I am in desperate need of a car as I had to sell mine last year to pay my property taxes.

My insurance company does not cover all of the rides I need to and from doctors appointments and I cannot afford to pay out of pocket. Please help me by sharing my story and every donation is APPRECIATED!
