Join Billy's Fight to Recovery

Billy is one of the strongest men we know. He's a devoted husband, an adoring father, a beloved brother, and a friend to many. And right now, he's a fighter - fighting to recover his health after an unexpected health emergency.

As you may know, Billy was hospitalized in early September after developing Guillan-Barre syndrome. As the GBS progressed, Billy lost the ability to move much of his body, and he was put on a ventilator. After a week on the ventilator, Billy suffered a rapid decline that resulted in the doctors and medical team placing him on ECMO.

His situation remains critical. Yet, as he has stabilized on ECMO, he has begun to show positive signs of improvement. We are encouraged by the progress that Billy makes each day, and we are praying and hopeful for a full and complete recovery. However, he has a long road ahead of him, with many days in the hospital and time spent in rehab facilities on his path to recovery.

The costs associated with all of his medical care, his rehabilitation, physical therapies, and adaptive equipment will be great. We want to help alleviate some of these financial burdens from Becca and Billy so that they can put all of their time and attention into helping Billy recover.

We know he can do it. With Becca and Caroline by his side, he will get through this.
