Dear Friends,

Our dear friend, Camry Brown, has recently been diagnosed with colon cancer, a diagnosis that has profoundly impacted her life. At 28 years old, Camry is known for her boundless love, conscientious spirit, empathy, creativity, and adaptability. After graduating from law school in 2023, she dedicates her days to supporting others at the Indiana Judges and Lawyers Assistance Program (JLAP). By night, she shares her passion for yoga at Invoke Studio, guiding others toward physical release and inner peace. Camry’s journey has always been about helping others find their voices–whether in the courtroom or on the yoga mat.

Now, Camry may be facing the toughest battle of her life.

The Journey So Far

Camry's journey began when she started experiencing unexpected and sudden nausea, adverse reactions to usual foods, and eventually bloody stool, which led to a series of tests and the devastating diagnosis of colon cancer. Despite her vibrant and healthy appearance, Camry faced gastrointestinal difficulties that prompted a colonoscopy, biopsy, and confirmed the diagnosis.

Cancer, characterized by excessive and unregulated cell growth, has challenged Camry in ways she never anticipated. Our main mission and urgent call to action are to ensure that Camry remains an integral part of all our lives.

The Road Ahead

The battle against cancer is not only physically and emotionally taxing, but also carries a substantial financial burden. Camry has chosen to pursue a holistic approach to address the root cause of her cancer, giving her body the chance to heal from within. This journey will require ongoing treatments, medications, and access to nutritious whole foods. The costs are overwhelming, and even with insurance, the out-of-pocket expenses exceed what she can manage alone.

Despite the immense challenges, Camry has shown remarkable courage and optimism throughout this ordeal.
