Join Doni's Fight Against Leukemia

My name is Whitney Jacobs, and I am writing on behalf of Doni Hawkins and her parents, Tim and Shawna. Doni is a beautiful, outgoing, and smart young woman with a bright future ahead of her. On July 2nd, she and her parents received the terrifying news that she has B-Cell Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia. Quickly, they transferred to Salt Lake to begin the rigorous treatments needed to beat this cancer. Doni's parents are both committed local nurses, who have spent their careers caring for patients and families in need. This is now our opportunity to help the Hawkins family and Doni kick this cancer in the butt!!

Doni and her parents will be displaced for some weeks time as they begin the treatments with specialists in Utah with big brother Elias home holding down the fort. As they rally for their daughter/sister, I would like to ask for assistance if you are able to donate, to help offset the costs of being displaced, medical expenses, and time away from work.

Doni will be a junior this fall at Skyview, is a fierce lover of her friends and volleyball, and plans to join the military someday! Let's help this beautiful young woman and her family through this difficult 2-2 1/2 yr journey. If there was ever a family deserving of support and love, it truly is the Hawkins Family.
