A Fr​iend In Need

One of the longest term Parkview residents and friend to many, James Murdock is in need. You may have heard him masterfully playing his piano or practicing heavenly sounds on his harp, as you stroll by his home on Scenic View.

Jim has been contemplating selling his home, as he is having difficulty keeping up with rising costs (including unexpected dental work), on an extremely low income. His Social Security will not even cover his rent. To top it off, he is now the recent victim of bank fraud, in which his last remaining savings of $10,000 was stolen from his account. Wells Fargo said nothing could be done about it and he must swallow the loss himself.

Jacob and I decided to help, and we would like to invite you to join us, by making a donation of any amount to this Go Fund Me. We are hoping to raise at least the amount of his loss to get him started for the New Year.

We all know that getting older is difficult in so many ways, and adding financial worries to the mix is a very sad hardship.
