This account has been set up for my dear friend Karen who God placed in my life in 2019. She has been a rock for me and given me strength when I felt lost by witnessing her deep Faith and Love for our Lord & Savior. Not only is she an amazing friend but a wonderful mother and Tutu!! 
She is self employed but has been unable to work since January. In May she was diagnosed with squamous cell lung cancer. PET scan shows it is also on adrenal glands and pelvic area. She is currently on chemo that cost $3000 per month but God is good and manufacturer has agreed to provide until the end of year at no cost. Without her income it has been difficult meeting their household bills. This fund will help with bills, other medical costs, etc. She needs to remain strong and not worry about finances. James is picking up part time work when he can on top of his full time career. She has a strong support system through First Christian Church, family and friends. Karen is the one that is always wanting to take care of others and it’s been a hard transition and emotional for her allowing others to help her. She has been so touched with the outpouring of love with cards, prayers, calls, food etc. and letting others take care of her. Please keep her in your prayers.
