My name is James Howe II and I am a former US National Team Member in the sport of Taekwondo. With recent changes to USA Taekwondo’s Selection procedures and elimination of a National Team Trials, athletes like myself are forced to travel more frequently to obtain National & International ranking points. The athlete who collects the most points within a timeframe that was set in December, will be named to the National Team & will represent the United States at this years World Championships in May. As you can imagine the costs involved with trying to travel has been overwhelming.
The timeline for collecting points to make the 2019 National Team is Sept. 2018 - March 31, 2019. Because of the late notice by USA Taekwondo & lack of funding, I have only competed in 1 event within that timeframe (2018 WT Presidents Cup G2) where I was able to win a Bronze Medal. I am currently ranked #3 and time is running out. I have plans on competing in the following events between now and the end of April.

Dominican Open G1 - Santo Doningo, DR
FL State Championships - Miami, FL / German Open G1- Hamburg, GER.
Puerto Rico Open G1 - San Juan, PR
Mexico Open G1 - Mexico City, MEX
With my birthday coming up next week , I am seeking donations from those who want to help support me in my journey. All funds raised will go directly towards flights, hotels, registration fees & other expenses involved for my upcoming events. I will also be releasing new apparell very soon to help with funding as well.
The first 10 donors will be recieving a new special version of my “JHII” shirts that will be releasing this summer, so ACT FAST! I got such a great response from the first version and cant wait to bring you guys more HEAT
