John Dye is known in Portsmouth and surrounding communities for his energy, friendliness, positivity, and pure muscular force. Unfortunately, John has been severely injured, leading to a major emergency surgery, rising medical expenses, and inability to continue working. If you know John, you know how dedicated he is to brightening the lives of those around him:
- As the owner and founder of Sole Training, you can usually find him in the fitness center helping athletes train for performance, getting people swole, or personalizing workout routines for weight loss, improved mobility, and an overall healthier, happier lifestyle.
- When he isn't putting time in at the gym, he's putting his full heart and soul into every other aspect of his life. Whether working with students at local schools, helping his neighbors and friends lift, move, or haul their heaviest stuff, or simply showing up with a smile on his face and a guitar in hand, John's spirits are high around every turn... even now as we share this news with you, he is trying his best to remain hopeful and positive.
John has spent both his career and personal life helping others - it's our turn to give back and help him.
