My name is Jonathan Chavez and I am a researcher dedicated to the social sciences. Recently tragedy struck and I lost everything - my home, all my possessions, and most devastating, my family. In the wake of this unimaginable loss. I find myself trying to rebuild my life while still pursuing my passion for research. This work is not just a career for me; it is a vital part of who I am, and it’s become even more crucial as I navigate this difficult time. I’m reaching out to you today to ask for your support in helping me travel to Mexico. This research opportunity is crucial for the communities I work with in helping establish better educational opportunities for students while I achieve my dreams of earning a doctorate in medical anthropology.
