Hello, my name is Joshua. May 7th I almost lost my life by a self inflicted overdose of whisky and prescription medication I take for MS and epilepsy. I woke up 2 days later exactly as you see in the photo. Intubated and no memory of what happened or no knowledge about where I was. Since then I have been either in the hospital and now in a nursing facility for physical and occupational therapy along with mental health services.
That being said, I’m proudly sober and excited about this second chance at living a life worth living. I’m raising money to start my new life. Starting from nothing is hard. Asking for help is even harder. The funds will be used to establish myself in a place to live, a down payment on an affordable vehicle, and something to get me by until I’m gainfully employed. I do get full disability of 1000 a month.
Thank you to all that give and to those who don’t.
Moving expenses
Car Down Payment
Clothing
household bills
I’m on disability due to the progressive nature of MS. My heart and soul are into raising awareness for this and other terrible diseases.
