Help Lola Walk Again: Urgent Surgery for IVDD
Hello, kind hearts and fellow animal lovers,
My name is Nestor Meraz, and I am reaching out on behalf of my best friend and my beloved dog, my American Bully Lola, who was born on December 19, 2021. Lola is more than a pet; she’s a beloved member of our family who brightens our days with her affectionate and joyful spirit. Unfortunately, Lola is now facing a grave health challenge that has left her unable to walk on her back legs, and we urgently need your help.
Lola was diagnosed with Intervertebral Disc Disease (IVDD), a severe condition affecting her spine, causing significant pain and mobility issues. After consulting with veterinary specialists, it’s clear that Lola requires an MRI, estimated to cost between $2,500 and $7,000, to accurately diagnose the extent of her spinal issues. Following the MRI, spinal surgery is necessary, which could cost between $15,000 and $20,000.
These costs are overwhelming for us, but we are determined to provide Lola with the care she needs. Lola has always been a source of happiness and comfort to everyone she meets, and now she needs our support to regain her health and mobility.
We are asking for donations to help cover Lola’s medical expenses. Every contribution, no matter how small, will make a significant difference in Lola’s life. If you are unable to donate, sharing this campaign with others who might contribute is also a powerful way to help.
We commit to keeping all our supporters updated on Lola’s progress through this page. Your support not only contributes financially but also uplifts our spirits during this challenging time.
Thank you for your kindness, generosity, and support. Let’s bring the joy of walking back to a dog who makes everyone around her smile.
With immense gratitude,
Nestor Meraz
