Join Maryn's Campaign for Remember.Rebuild.Renew.

My name is Maryn and I am a Bat Mitzvah on May 4th, 2024.

To honor this occasion, I am raising awareness and money for the Remember.Rebuild.Renew campaign as my service project.

There are many reasons why I would like to do a project that raises money for Remember.Rebuild.Renew.

Supporting Remember.Renew.Rebuild connects to my Torah portion, which has to do with the concept of the scapegoal. Sadly, the synagogue shooting was one of the worst-case scenarios of putting the blame or one's own anger, onto an innocent group of people.

Closer to home, the tragedy occurred in our neighborhood and has become a part of our community's story. I hope to convey how connected our community is and has become since this terrible event.

Next, I want to showcase how important it is to have an education center, like the one the organization plans to build. This center aims to fight not just Anti-Semitism but all forms of hate.

I believe that fighting hate, acknowledging our differences, and understanding others make for a stronger world.
