We're expanding quickly and the need for more resources, informative in-person workshops, and collaborations with fantastic professional providers is more important than ever.

MDW Founder, Elizabeth Rago, created a community for women 12 years ago when her children were littles and she was struggling with her own mental health.

Over the last 12 years, MDW has been funded by our founder, Elizabeth Rago. She saw a need in her community based on her own personal experience of feeling shame and isolation when going through a rough season of life.

Elizabeth didn't want other women to feel that way, and that's how The Modern Domestic Woman was born. We're rapidly expanding and the need for resources to fund this important and life-changing endeavor is needed.

The first branch of MDW is a lifestyle brand where we speak to all the lovely things that embody our ways of living.

Fashion, beauty, clean living, supporting small businesses, cooking, gardening, crystals and magical things, career topics and so much more.

The second branch is MDW Cares.

MDW Cares is an organization dedicated to providing holistic support to women across all life stages. Supporting women from all walks of life in today's demanding world, MDW Cares works tirelessly to provide a local directory of practical resources for women in any capacity needed.

Our approach is modern and comprehensive, aiming to uplift women through advocacy, free workshops, resources, and community building. Our mission is to connect and support the WHOLE woman, addressing challenges in various areas of life.

MDW Cares is committed to rounding up a list of services and support to get women started on their journey to empowerment. From legal help and social services like temporary housing and food to positive female communities, mental health, and well-being organizations, we strive to provide a comprehensive directory of practical resources.

MDW creates Free Digital Downloads on a variety of topics to help women navigate their day-to-day.

At MDW Cares, our values guide everything we do. We believe in advocacy, standing by women facing challenges in marriage, healthcare, family, and other areas. We provide tangible support, whether accompanying women to appointments, creating free resources to educate and empower, or liaising with legal representation.

We empower women through resource sharing and free workshops, equipping them with the tools needed to navigate life confidently. From support groups to connecting with local support professionals, MDW ensures that no woman walks through life unprepared.
