Join Me in Greening Death

Dear friends and family and supporters of Reimagining Death – my book soon to be launched into the world. I am sitting here on Thanksgiving morning, my heart full of gratitude and love for all of you, wherever you are, waking up to your day or heading toward evening, depending where you are in the world. Without your generosity and gifts, showered upon me in the past year, and now, still, arriving to grace my way, Reimagining Death would not be a reality. I would not be anticipating the book launch January 8th, 2019. I would not be looking ahead to a year of helping get the book to as many people as possible.
I am happy to report that there is already a buzz and excitement about the book. Publisher’s Weekly has just asked to review it, which does not happen for every book being published. North Atlantic Books was excited and so am I. It shows that the book is riding the wave of interest about more natural and alternative ways to care for our dead, and means that the book will reach many more people. That was my intention, and it is happening now, thanks to all of you who so generously and lovingly gifted me with enough support to make it all a reality.
On this day of giving thanks, I wanted to reach out to you all to say how much I appreciate each and every one of you, how much I have been carried by your support and belief in me and in the book. You have created a strong and loving vessel for me, one I have been able to rest in and depend upon while navigating the challenging months of birthing this book into the world. THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU from the depths of my heart. May your gifts return to you a thousand fold today and in all the days to come. Love always, Lucinda
