Hi, my name is Rashema, and I’m 37 years old. Just one year ago, I lost my beautiful mother to lung cancer. She was my best friend, my rock, and the strongest woman I’ve ever known. I never imagined I’d be facing my own battle so soon after losing her.

In February 2025, I was diagnosed with breast cancer. Hearing the words “you have cancer” shattered my world. It’s something you never expect — especially not at this age. It’s been emotionally, physically, and financially overwhelming.

I’m fighting this battle with everything I have — undergoing treatment, managing side effects, and staying strong for myself and for those who love me. But I can’t do it alone.
