Join Oli's Fight Against Breast Cancer

This is Oli, my daughter-in-law. She has been diagnosed with Stage 2 Metastatic Breast Cancer. She will begin chemotherapy on February 6, 2025.

Chal and Oli have known each other for six years and have been married for 2 1/2 years. She is a native of the Philippines. They moved to Florida to start fresh after we buried my youngest son, their brother, Nicholas, less than a year ago. They have been saving to get their own house and start a family. After a routine checkup, a mass was found in Oli’s right breast and lymph node. After several tests over a few days, they were given the bad news, a diagnosis of cancer. This was very overwhelming, but they had to act fast. This is an aggressive form and the doctors wanted her to start chemo immediately. They had another few weeks of procedures, tests, checking for spread, and making sure she was healthy enough for the chemotherapy. Unfortunately, this has exhausted their savings and now the bills will pile up, and the chemotherapy hasn’t even started yet. They have applied for help, but because they both worked before they moved and received their bad news, they aren’t eligible. So I have decided to turn to family, friends, friends of friends, communities, and even strangers for support. I am doing what I can, but anything will help, and most of all, please share this.
