**UPDATE**UPDATE**

With great sorrow, I share the news that Jeany has passed away after a courageous battle with cancer. She fought with strength and grace, but her fight has come to an end.

We are heartbroken by her loss, but we will forever carry her memory and the love she gave to all of us. Details regarding any memorial services will be shared soon.

Please keep her in your thoughts, and we ask for your continued support, and love during this difficult time! All Proceeds will go towards her burial and any remaining amount will go in a trust account for her 4 year old daughter!

The emotional and physical toll of a Stage 4 cancer diagnosis is incredibly overwhelming, and I am feeling the weight of this unfortunate situation. It’s difficult to prepare for the unexpected, especially when the disease progresses more aggressively than anticipated.

Even though this is truly daunting, I keep reminding myself that hope can still find a way through, even in the darkest of times. I have been informed about treatment options, clinical trials, and supportive care that may help manage my symptoms and improve my quality of life. My emotional resilience, along with the support I have around me, has been powerful in helping me cope with this challenge. Please keep me in your prayers. But if God decides that it is my time to leave this Earth, I kindly ask you to consider donating towards my burial expenses.

Hi everyone, I hope everyone reading this is doing well. I understand that life can be challenging, but I’d like to share my health struggle in hopes that others may offer their light, love, and support to my pink spirit.

As a 26-year-old single mother of a sweet girl, I work as a case manager for a wonderful nonprofit organization that aids the homeless population in Los Angeles, CA. My life was drastically altered when a small mass, much like the little bouncy balls you get from a quarter machine, was discovered in my left breast. This discovery was alarming, especially considering my family history—my mother is a two-time breast cancer survivor, and we have lost family members to this disease.

I quickly made an appointment with my primary doctor to discuss my concerns. Given my extensive family history of breast cancer, I was urgently referred to the Breast Clinic at the hospital. After detailing the impact of the disease on the women in my family—some surviving and others now watching over us from heaven—the specialists recommended that I undergo genetic testing. This testing was crucial to determine whether I carry a gene mutation that could have been inherited and potentially passed down to my daughter.

After undergoing several necessary imaging and tests, the worst was confirmed: I carry the BRCA-1 gene mutation, and that small bouncy ball was not going to disappear as I had hoped. At just 26 years old, with plans to provide my daughter with a better home, hoping to become a lead case manager at my job, and intending to return to school, I received a diagnosis of stage 3 low-positive estrogen receptor breast cancer. I felt shattered and fearful for what the future held for both my daughter and myself.

I was informed that I could begin chemotherapy as soon as the following week. While this was a relief, it raised countless questions about my plans and how I would maintain a happy, healthy environment for my three-year-old daughter. Thankfully, I began chemotherapy with a supportive care team and encountered wonderful doctors who will guide me through this journey, which will include chemotherapy, immunotherapy, a double mastectomy to remove both breasts, and radiation.

Now, my dear friends, I am reaching out to ask for help, just as I always advise my clients to do. I was connected to the GoFundMe resource given my situation, with the hope that others can learn from my experience. I encourage you to get genetic testing at age 18 if you have a family history or if you suspect anything unusual in your body. Seeking help is vital.

Due to the extensive treatments and their effects—including hair loss, nausea, insomnia, bodily weakness, and difficulties with basic tasks like driving and walking—I am struggling to maintain life as it was for my daughter and me. With mounting medical bills, rent, and other essential expenses, along with not having a secure job to return back to, I truly need your help in any way you can offer. Any support is profoundly appreciated.

I conclude by wishing you all great health, peace, love, and blessings. Thank you for taking the time to learn about my journey. I am determined to overcome breast cancer and fight against the challenges it brings.
