According to the National Alliance on Mental Health, “50% of all lifetime mental illness begins by age 14, and 75% by age 24” and in the United States alone, 1 in 5 adults will experience a mental illness every year. The Mental Health Collaborative is a nonprofit organization dedicated to making a positive impact in the lives of individuals and families affected by mental health challenges. It was founded in 2019 by Abbie Rosenberg, a lifelong therapist. She started the collaborative in honor of one of her patients who lost his battle with depression and anxiety to suicide in 2017. From that point on the Mental Health Collaborative was founded to provide critical resources, education, and support to those in need, empowering them to understand and take control of their mental health journey. Together, we can break down barriers, foster community understanding, and create a more compassionate and informed world. Every contribution—big or small—brings us closer to a future where mental health is prioritized, understood, and supported. Your donation helps continue our mission to bring mental health essentials, education, and resources to mentors, educators, students, and caregivers. Join us in making a difference and help us build a stronger, healthier community. Donate today!
