Since their daughter’s critical illness, Adam and Vera have been fighting a dumpster fire with teaspoons of water.

Daughter Katie was diagnosed with a life-threatening lung disease when she was 14. A double lung transplant gave her a new lease on life. However, cancer jeopardizes that victory.

While trying to make their home a safe place during Katie’s chemo treatments, they trusted the wrong contractor. The family sits in an unfinished home, while Katie has been living in an RV in the driveway.

Adam and Vera could use a legion of good samaritans to help them finish what they started.
