Mental Health Matters, Donate to Our Poster Campaign!

Back in 2008, I survived a suicide attempt that left me on life support. I shouldn't be here, but I am. When I realised I had come through, I decided I needed to make a change—not just for myself, but for everyone around me.
Diagnosed with bipolar disorder, I struggled in my early years to manage my mental health. In Ireland, mental health is often a topic that isn't openly discussed, with stigma, discrimination, and shame still prevalent.
15 years later, I have been advocating for mental health awareness and support in Ireland. I truly believe you can and will get better, because I did. But the only way to get better is if you reach out for support and if those around you support you fully without discrimination, shame, or stigma.
My mission is to reduce the stigma surrounding mental health and make it a topic we can all openly discuss without fear or shame. Mental health matters for everyone, and together, we can create a future where it's a priority for all.
Our Campaign
I created the Mental Health Matters Poster Campaign to get Ireland involved in this crucial conversation. Partnering with organisations that support people through mental health difficulties, I aim to highlight their amazing work and signpost the different services available.
How You Can Help
Help me by making a donation to support the campaign. Any donation, big or small, whether it's €1, €5, or €10, can go a long way.
If you could give up your lunchtime cup of coffee to support my campaign and donate the money you would have spent, I would be extremely grateful. Your contribution will help me spread this message to more people, provide free national resources and take steps towards my mission.
Your generous donations will help cover:
- Launch event venue and performers
- Prizes for winning artists
- Administrative expenses
- Social media and marketing
- Printed resources for the public
