This is my niece, Amy Lavigne. She is 100% dependent on her mother Chris, she is a single mother taking care of Amy. Her expenses are tremendous. Her father passed away 10 years ago, and Chris is taking care of Amy alone. Her handicapped van is her lifeline. It was too old and breaking down and she needed to replace it. She found a used handicapped van, but it is still very expensive for her as she is on Social Security and struggling to make ends meet. We are trying to make Chris's life a little easier with her payments.
