The Garden of Neuro Institute is a community for, of, and by women.

Started in 2020, the Garden is the brainchild of Susan Brearley, whose life goal it is to provide women everywhere with agency and freedom.

The Garden seeks your financial support to provide a safe space for marginalized women to shape their lives by cultivating voice, developing agency, and practicing leadership skills in their field of choice.

Fueled by the volunteerism of passionate women, the Garden community has grown to over 1500 members and over a 100 groups or circles during the last few years.

But our work is just beginning. There is much to be done, many lives to be impacted, and hundreds of thousands of women to be empowered worldwide.

Your generous contribution will help the Garden operate an independent ad-free and politics-free safe space that empowers women to unearth their inner talents and develop them fully.

Programs already underway include:

• Development of the Women’s Leadership Institute curriculum

• Kitchen Table Talks – Deliberative live global conversations that help women find common ground and new understanding about key community building topics and practices

• Free workshops in voice development through healing prose and poetry writing

• Free workshops hosted by members who are developing agency and leadership skills

• Workshops for goal setting, organizational and communications skill development, and business development.

• Technology skill building workshops and practical application.

• Human systems development and design workshops.

• Curated One Mind book club designed for the expansion of women’s mindset, skill development and inner wisdom, and decision making and negotiating skills.

• Art and meditation workshops for creative voice expression

• Open mike readings for building public speaking confidence
