Join Us in Jim's Cancer Battle

Greetings friends and family. I appreciate the prayers and encouragement over my battle with cancer. 2024 was a year of change for us. After saying goodbye to a congregation we loved and pastored for 15 years, Laurie and I moved to Oklahoma to care for her parents. Soon after arriving, I suffered a heart issue. During the process of checking out my heart, we learned that my cancer had returned. We have prayerfully decided to seek treatment in Mexico. The first round of treatments was covered by a foundation at the medical clinic in Mexico and the generosity of a good friend. I need to return at the end of February and again in May. Laurie is a full-time caregiver for her parents and has no income currently. I am pastoring a small church in Calumet.

These expenses are out of reach for us right now. In humility, I am seeking help. Any support would help. Insurance does not cover these treatments. Thank you for your prayers.
