Join Us in Supporting Braden Johns' Recovery

Dear Friends and Horse Community,

As many of you know, today, October 14, our friend Braden Johns was in a terrible accident at the Snaffle Bit and is in critical condition.

As you can imagine, the medical bills will be significant, and we want to ensure Braden & his fiancé Hannah can focus on getting Braden well without the added burden of financial stress. Every contribution, no matter how small, will make a difference.

Update 10/29 - Thank you all again for your support of Braden & his family! He continues to remain in ICU after his accident but is making small improvements daily. Seeing that Braden will need extensive care for the foreseeable future, we’ve raised the goal to $75,000. Thank you again for your support.

Update 10/15 - seeing that Braden is still in critical condition, the goal has been updated to $50,000 knowing medical bills will be extensive.

At the request of GoFundMe, I am updating to add a few additional details. My name is Allison Bowen, and I know Braden from college at Texas Tech University. Since Braden is still unconscious in the hospital as of October 22, Jay Manning, Braden’s brother-in-law, had helped step in to ensure the funds donated are accessible to start assisting in Braden’s medical care as soon as possible.
