Hi All

Thank you for visiting this page, my names Jemma I have set up this go fund me page for my handsome Nephew Kodi.

Kodi is 6 years old and was born with heart defects and cleft pallet and lip.

He has undergone several operations and procedures already in his short life, yet still anyone who knows him can see that he is the bravest, happiest, cheekiest little man ever.

He is loved by many for sure, and certainly knows how to make people laugh!

In more medical terms Kodi has, Pulmonary atresia vsd/mapcas, Elevated right ventricular systolic pressure with bilateral branch, Pulmonary stenosis - complex left artery stenosis, Dilated right ventricular with impared function free pulmonary regurgitation, Small residual VDS, Left side cleft pallet and lip, Hernia 

He is now under pallative care and his nurses are just fantastic!!

Kodi has one wish/dream that we want to make happen, he wants to go on a big ship to cause mischief and have fun with his cousins. This is something he is LITERALLY dreaming about how he snuck out of the cabin with his two cousins to sit near the edge to look at the side and see the sea! He is just comical
