Join Us in Supporting Oliver's Brave Fight

Hi, it's T! Many people have called me T over the years, but getting to be Aunt T to these two brilliant boys is a great honor. My goal is to give family and friends who have reached out to me a way to help support Oliver's family as they continue their battle with childhood cancer.

Oliver was diagnosed with T-Cell lymphoma over two years ago. He has been battling with the help of his team at Doernbecher Children's hospital in Portland. His family has made this commute from Eugene since his diagnosis. In February, Oliver relapsed and went through more rounds of treatment (chemotherapy and radiation). These past few weeks he has received a bone marrow transplant and will be in Portland for many months.

Tyson and Vanessa have done an incredible job keeping the boys positive and together. This week Asher will return to school in Eugene while Oliver stays in Portland. This requires a lot of travel and other expenses for their family as they try to give both boys the energy and love they need.

Many of you have reached out asking for a way to support the family. Hence, I started this page as a way to facilitate funds for those who wish to contribute. I will make sure to pass along any messages.

Of course, any manner of support is welcome. It is also important everyone know what a blessing Ronald McDonald House has been to their family these past few years. I encourage anyone looking for a place to donate time or resources to look to their local Ronald McDonald House. They are doing great things.
