Decades of research have highlighted the detrimental effects of social isolation on our health. As we age, various life events often lead to increased isolation. The I-CONNECT Foundation is a 501(c)(3) registered non-profit organization committed to providing meaningful conversational engagement to alleviate the negative impacts of social isolation. We utilize materials from the National Institute of Health-funded study, which demonstrated positive impacts on thinking abilities and mood.
