Join in Protecting North Landers Wild Horses

We urgently need your help to protect the wild horses of the North Lander Complex in central Wyoming. Starting July 1, 2024, the Bureau of Land Management (BLM) plans to gather and remove approximately 2,715 wild horses from this expansive area of 375,292 acres. This roundup impacts not just the horses but the entire ecosystem, including public, private, and state lands.

Wild Horse Education (WHE) is on the front lines, providing crucial oversight during these roundups. Our trained team of onsite observers ensures that the process is documented and acted on. The conditions are challenging—our team navigates rough terrain, faces extreme weather, and must possess both the knowledge and stamina to advocate effectively for the horses on the ground. As of 7-8-24 with a match we have now. We help cover a weeks worth of Documentation.

Our work goes beyond taking pictures; we are fighting against abuse and continuing our groundbreaking litigation to enforce humane handling policies. Our presence applies the intense pressure needed to drive meaningful change in the daily reality faced by wild horses and burros.

Why We Need Your Help:
Wild Horse Education is a dedicated but small nonprofit. Your support is crucial for us to be present at these critical roundups and in the courtroom advocating for the rights and welfare of wild horses and burros.

Your donation ensures that our field teams have the resources they need.

Donate Now to Protect Our Wild Horses:
Every dollar counts in our fight for these beautiful animals. Your donation is not just a gift; it’s a commitment to safeguarding the wild horses and burros that symbolize the untamed spirit of our nation.

Please consider making a donation today. With your support, we can continue our essential work in the field and in the courts, ensuring a future where wild horses and burros can roam free and unharmed.

Support Us and be a hero for America's wild horses. Together, we can make a difference
