THESE WOMEN NEED US! (S.AFRICA/CMR)

HELLO FAMILY, FRIENDS & PEOPLE OF GOODWILL!
Even this far into the 21st Century, and especially in AFRICA, it is still TABOO and "SCANDALOUS" to talk openly, frankly and, worse still, PERSONALLY, about 2 issues that affect a lot of people, especially WOMEN: HIV/AIDS and DOMESTIC ABUSE!
The Embarrassment, the Shame, and the Stigma that shroud these 2 issues often prevent those affected - both directly and indirectly, from even admitting that they are victims in the first place. Consequently, they are dying - in increasing numbers, IN SILENCE.
That is certainly NOT a happy state of affairs and 2 YOUNG LADIES - Ms MPUMI NOBIVA (a 23 year old AIDS ORPHAN herself and PIONEER GRADUATE of the OPRAH WINFREY ACADEMY FOR GIRLS IN SOUTH AFRICA) and Ms MONGAI FANKAM, (a well-established PHILANTHROPIST at age 13), both of whom I am proud to call my "daughters", have decided to DO SOMETHING about it!
They have started a vigorous campaign not just on social media but "ON THE GROUND" in South Africa and I am both humbled and honored to be one of their designated "AMBASSADORS" to help raise funds to tackle both scourges.
THEIR GOAL:
"We’re hoping to declare a pledge / start a fund/commit to the continuation of raising awareness locally & internationally with regards to the empowerment of young women, the high prevalence of HIV/AIDS & the strengthening of orphaned children's voices."
HOW THEY PLAN TO USE THE FUNDS RAISED:
• Conference Event
• Advocacy during August, women’s month.
• Sustainability programming initiatives for the next 5 years in South Africa and other African countries in distress such as Cameroon (West Africa).
And this, Ladies & Gentlemen is exactly where YOU come in.
Will you PLEASE help me HELP THEM fulfill their WORTHY & NOBLE MISSION? PLEASE????
THANK YOU!!! GOD BLESS YOU!!!
