Hey there friends and family. The past 2 years I've struggled with chronic pancreatitis and EPI. My pancreas swells and produces pseudocysts all over my organs. I've been in and out of the hospital over 15 times. Ive had to reject multiple times with a feeding tube because I have my children and I needed to get home. My pancreas does not produce enzymes anymore to digest food. My medications are expensive each month to be able to function and eat.This makes things extremely difficult and extremely painful. I was misdiagnosed for 7 months until finally I took an ambulance to the ER when I collapsed and couldn't get off the floor. I've been working with gastro, pain doctors, Hershey medical and now my obgyn/oncology. I found some answers. I tested positive for the BRCHI gene 1. This, can be the answer to my gastro issues by doing a hysterectomy and later a bilateral mastectomy. It definitely will be a long road ahead! By doing this I can prolong my life. My doctor informed me I could already have cancer. I have my appointments lined up to figure this out.

I've worked very hard as a massage therapist for over 15 years. I always took pride in my work and loved working with my community. I'm a single mom with 2 beautiful kids. It's been a struggle to keep up with medical bills and providing for us as well as taking care of my property. I'm trying to keep everything as normal as I can for the kids. I am applying for disability but it will be a long time even if I'm approved.

I appreciate everyone's prayers and support! I'm trying to work as much as possible but my body just won't allow me. Each day is a different day of feeling okay or being stuck on the couch.
