Jolene Mae Wright-Cott

On March 5th early hours of the morning, Jolene at only 42 years old, went to the ER with chest pains. They found out that she had a blocked artery and got her into surgery right away. During the surgery, her heart stopped. The Doctors worked tirelessly for over an hour to get it to start again. Unfortunately, all the effort in the world couldn't bring her back to us and now we have to learn how to live life without her. Jolene was the rock in her family. Taking care of the house, the 6 kids and Matt's mom Esther who has dementia. Even with everything at home she had going on she always made time for anyone who needed help. On top of that, she was her mom's crazy ray of light, a little sister and a daddy's girl. She leaves behind her husband Matt Cott and her 6 children. Neo(23), Ashtin (18), Terrah (15), Rylan (14), Kiya (14), and Kayden (5). Her loss leaves a big hole in the hearts of her family and friends. With her death being so sudden the family had nothing in place for this type of event. The family is asking for help with the costs of the funeral and other family expenses. The wake will be 4 pm to 8 pm with a service at 7:30 pm at Davenport funeral home 419 E. Terra Cotta Ave (Route 176) Crystal Lake, IL. 60014
