Jolie’s Fundraiser for S.H.A.R.E Community
Tax deductible
Dear Reader and Donor,
My name is Jolie and I believe that basic necessities such as water, clean clothes, a safe space to lay your head, and community support are essential for all human beings. However, for some members of society, unavoidable situations may result in losing access to these basic necessities. Suddenly, these members find themselves hopeless and in desperate need. The S.H.A.R.E. Community is a nonprofit organization that provides services to meet the needs of those most vulnerable, specifically in the Bay Area. I personally know Ricka Davis-Sheard, co-founder of S.H.A.R.E. Community, and I am inspired so much by their mission to serve that I decided to start a Go Fund Me for their cause.
My goal is to raise $3,000 from generous donors like you. Your donation will assist in providing mobile showers, clean clothing for the unhoused, emotional and physical support for seniors, and weekly community cleaning for various neighborhoods. These combined services advance positive change to the community, restore the dignity and well-being of underserved people, and bring the members of the community together for a common cause.
It feels good knowing that my contribution is a small part of the solution to help the most vulnerable in our society. The S.H.A.R.E Community helps raise awareness for those in need and their acts of kindness and generosity prove that people can give back without expecting anything in return. I am personally donating $300 of my own money towards my $3000 goal. I intend to be an advocate for positive change by encouraging young people like myself to get involved. The act of donating is a communal effort where everyone can take part. Together, we can spread love, kindness, and hope. All donations, no matter how great or small, are greatly appreciated. Thank you.
