Jon Snow’s total hip replacement surgery

Jon Snow is the 6 year old baby of the house. Jon came into our lives at 7 months after being rehoused four times. 5th time’s a charm! As a Siberian Husky Jon Snow is a rambunctious sweetheart eager to explore, play, and be surrounded by love. Unfortunately he has been struggling with hip dysplasia which has led to osteoarthritis. A specialized veterinary surgeon has recommended Jon Snow has a Total Hip Replacement (THR). Despite his efforts to lose weight, manage pain with medication, and bi weekly aqua exercise the time has come. Jon hasn’t been able to be his full Siberian Husky self as there have been restrictions that come with these diseases. The intention of this is to spread awareness along with raising funds for a pricey surgery that will greatly impact his overall health and well-being.
