Jonah Zerblas & Family

Donation protected
Thursday the 28th of March, lives were changed in ways we could have never imagined. Jonah Zerblas was participating in a 7 on 7 football scrimmage in Mt. Dora Fl. He is a rambunctious and energetic young man, always giving his 100% every time he hits the field. As Jonah approached another player he lost his footing and tripped falling directly into the opposing players’ knee and suffered a compressed skull fracture causing life threatening swelling and ultimately leading to a blood clot in his brain. He was immediately air lifted to Orlando Regional Medical Center and put into the hands of the very best surgeons Florida can find. The surgery, although taking longer than expected, was 100% successful placing Jonah on the first steps to a long and grueling road to recovery. This young man, a young man that has been in our house, knocked on our door asking for our girls to play outside when they were little, gone on fishing trips with us, taken beach trips and spent many evenings around a fire in the backyard roasting marshmallows is now in a fight for his life. We are asking, from the most caring places in all of your hearts to help us come together and take the smallest of steps to help Jonah and his Family begin the longest, most trying and difficult journey of their lives. If you are in a position to help Jonah and his family with a generous donation of any denomination, not only would we be so grateful, but Jonah, both his parents and his older brother would be most grateful from the bottom of their hearts.
