Jonathan & Megan expenses
Donation protected
Most all of you know that Jonathan was put on the transplant list for a kidney and pancreas on March 30th. On April 27th, Jonathan received the phone call from Barnes- Jewish letting him know that they had not only the kidney but the pancreas as well that was a perfect match for him. April 29th, Jonathan went through the transplant surgery and his body has taken to the new organs so well that he was released from the hospital on May 7th. It all happened so fast but the biggest blessing that they could have possibly ever received.
As Jonathan continues healing from the surgery and unable to work, Megan will be the sole provider for income. She really needs to take some time off from work to help care for Jonathan, but with her being the sole provider currently it makes it difficult for her to do so.
All of you that know Megan, knows that regardless what she is going through she always tries to keep a positive attitude and would help anyone that needed the help even if that meant giving the shirt off her back. Jonathan and Megan are proof that love conquers all. They have been through many ups and downs and roller coaster rides through this journey with Jonathan's diabetes. Finally, there is a light at the end of the tunnel and they have made it. It's only up from here for these two and with the love and support of family members and friends, I truly believe they will come out even stronger than they were before.
Any help I'm sure would be more than greatly appreciated.
