Brain bleed, support and help recovering

Hello my name is Jonathan, I have recently been hospitalized for some hemorging in my brain. Wich means that a part of my brain has bled. I have been diagnosed with male cavernomas syndrome, and that means that there are thin clusters of blood vessels throughout my brain that could bleed again. I have many doctors to see and I'm not sure yet if I will be able to do the things I was capable before this happened. I'm currently living on my own with my girlfriend, who is in the photo. Since I've been out of work and don't know when I can return fully I have this to pay for bills, food and necessities.

Note- just personally this was scary for me and my whole family, I ended up being unresponsive and convulsing in my sleep and was in an altered mental state for multiple days. I'm also quite worried because there's not a lot of rhyme or reason for them bleeding and since it has happened once it is likely to happen again.
