Jonathon's Eagle Scout Project -Dog Agility Course

Dear Dog Lover & Supporter - 
Your donation is crucial to my goal of building a dog agility course within Northville Parks and Recreation Dog Park located at Five Mile and Beck (Marv Gans Community Park).  I was fortunate last year to take my dog, Rebel, to an AKC agility training class, which inspired my Eagle Scout Project.  This project supports my local community and will also give our community's dogs a practice training field and their owners an introduction to agility.  My project consists of 6 pieces of equipment for agility training - weave polls, a pause box, a tunnel, two adjustable jumps, and  a tire jump.  For the project I will build some of the equipment with the help of my fellow Boy Scouts and order commercial grade park equipment that will last year over year.  Besides being fun, agility provides good exercise and gives the dogs opportunities to learn and solve problems.
